Night Forage
Walking a flat plain Without
stars. Cool
wind Shivers
her dress She
looks his way, that. He
must be near But
too far For
her to see. Round
the bend A
lodge Shining
lights Warm
drink. The
host takes her hand. Opens
the night door She
leaves Searching
still.
